The theme of the project was meant to provide a home comfort, privacy, natural light and aesthetic level we wanted a simple volume but with a touch of originality.
With a standard dividing day / night – downstairs / upstairs, downstairs the house has arranged a vestibule, a living room with dining area, a kitchen, a technical room, a bathroom and two terraces.
Upstairs we have a master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom served by a generous loggia, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a terrace.
Home interior follow the rules of minimalism comprising fewer materials and colors. With the exception of white dominance and glass surfaces, only color / texture is used of the wood for flooring and furniture.
The project was designed for a family of five members, using very rational the small land available, this home satisfy the current needs of current dwelling, offering privacy and comfort of its members.
