The site is located in the countryside and has a street frontage of 14,5m, widening toward the back side at 20m, thus ensuring optimum land for single-family housing.
The house is organized on three levels: basement, ground floor and first floor and is designed for the requirements of an average family. The ground floor is living area – living room, kitchen and dinning placed in front side south-facing and on rear side is the bedroom, bathroom and technical areas related to basement. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom and a dressing room.
It followed an open communication spaces, both indoor living area and indoor-outdoor level by continuing generous living room with a covered terrace which continues later with a pergola and integrated volumetric structure of the house; two bedrooms upstairs each have a terrace.
The architectural language of the volumetry isn’t too far from traditional house lines by complying the two waters roof and the use of wood left apparently in own structure, but combines and modern elements by type of openings and spatial organization.
